Resonance Chamber
The Resonance Chamber is your passive training ground: place Mebulis inside and they gather experience all by themselves over time, no fighting required. It's perfect for levelling up your collection and backup Mebulis while your battle team is busy elsewhere. Mebulis that are already at max level keep working in the Afterglow and earn you XP flasks, Mebuli Dust or transcendence crystals.
Unlocked from Chapter 3.
How it works
- Open the Resonance Chamber from the menu.
- Pick a Mebuli in a free slot and click Train.
- The Mebuli now gathers experience passively, even while you're offline.
- Click Collect to credit the accumulated experience and free the slot again.
There are 3 training slots you can fill at the same time, and they aren't equally strong:
- Resonance Core (×1, centre): the powerful slot at 2000 XP per hour.
- Normal slots (×2): 500 XP per hour each.
Mebula Plus lifts every slot
While a Mebula Plus pass is running, all three slots deliver the core rate of 2000 XP per hour. If the pass expires mid-session, the time is settled proportionally. You lose nothing and gain nothing for free.
XP rate
- The XP rate depends on the slot, so put your most important Mebuli in the Resonance Core.
- The chamber accumulates for up to 24 hours, after that the slot is "full" and nothing more is added. You can extend that with the prestige node Resonance Amplifier (+6 hours) and the skill Resonance Buffer (+2 hours per level, up to +10 hours). Fully built, that is 40 hours.
- The skill Resonance Yield adds more XP: +8 % chamber XP per level, up to +40 %. It also works while Mebula Plus is running.
- From VIP level 3, 6 and 8 you get +10 %, +20 % and +50 % chamber XP. The bonuses add up (VIP 8: +80 %) and apply to every slot, Mebula Plus included.
- Once a slot is full, the navigation shows a small counter. That is when collecting pays off.
Afterglow: Mebulis at max level
Below max level a Mebuli gathers XP as usual. Once it reaches its final level, its slot switches to Afterglow: instead of XP it feeds one of four collectors. Which one depends on its rarity.
| Rarity | Collector | Yield |
|---|---|---|
| Common, Uncommon | Flask Collector (small) | 1 small XP flask (800 XP) per 8 h of Mebuli time |
| Rare | Flask Collector (medium) | 1 medium XP flask (4,000 XP) per 8 h of Mebuli time |
| Epic | Dust Collector | 10 Mebuli Dust per hour of Mebuli time |
| Legendary, Mythic | Crystal Collector | 1 transcendence crystal per 24 h of Mebuli time |
- The Resonance Core counts ×1.5, and mythic Mebulis count ×1.5 as well. Together that makes ×2.25.
- Collectors keep their progress. If you swap Mebulis, take them out or leave the chamber empty, not a single hour is lost.
- Once a mark is reached, pick up the yield with Gather. Any surplus keeps counting.
- The storage limit of your slot applies to Afterglow too. Take a full max-level Mebuli out with Take back and place it again, then it keeps counting.
- If a Mebuli reaches max level in the middle of training, only the part beyond max level counts as Afterglow.
- Afterglow counts time, not XP. Mebula Plus, VIP and Resonance Yield do not speed it up.
Important: battle-team lock
A Mebuli currently training in the chamber cannot also be in one of your battle teams. If you send one into training, the game takes it out of all team lineups and remembers its position and equipment for each team. When you collect it, it returns to every one of those teams, as long as its old spot there is still free.
The lock does not apply to the arena: your arena team keeps fighting even while one of its Mebulis is training.
Still, it is best to train Mebulis from your "bench" that you aren't fighting with right now.
Tip
Drop your low-level collection Mebulis into the chamber in the evening and collect them the next morning, they'll grow overnight, all on their own. Max-level Mebulis belong in the Afterglow instead, ideally the legendary ones in the Resonance Core.
