Mebulis & Level
Your Mebulis are your battle team. They have combat stats, a level, and can be further strengthened with equipment.
Team
You assemble a team of up to 5 Mebulis. The team decides who fights in the Story Battles.
There are 3 team slots (loadouts) for quick switching, from VIP 6 a fourth one. Each slot remembers the line-up and the equipment assignment. The same piece may sit in several loadouts. It is only physically worn in the currently active one. In the Mebuli Codex a small badge on the tile shows which team a Mebuli is in.
Elements in your team matter
Matching elements in your team grant bonuses, five different ones protect you against counters. Everything about it under Element Bond.
Your collection boosts gold
Your gold-per-second no longer depends on the active team, but on your entire collection: every Mebuli you own grants a gold bonus by rarity (Common +5% · Uncommon +10% · Rare +20% · Epic +40% · Legendary +80%). All bonuses add up and multiply your GPS. See the exact breakdown in the gold analysis (
on the Empire screen). Prisma forms count too.
On the desktop home screen you see your team on the left. Hover over a Mebuli to view its current combat stats, XP bar and equipped gear.
Combat Stats
| Stat | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Attack (a) | Determines the damage dealt |
| Defense (d) | Reduces damage taken |
| HP (h) | Hit points |
| Initiative (i) | Decides which side attacks first |
| Critical (c) | Crit chance (× 4 % per point) |
| Dodge (v) | Dodge chance (× 3 % per point) |
| Ult Power | Determines how strong the ultimate is |
| Ult Defense | Reduces damage from enemy ultimates and from burn |
Level
Each level increases Attack, Defense, HP, Initiative, Ult Power and Ult Defense by +5 % (Crit & Dodge do not scale with level).
| Level | Stat multiplier |
|---|---|
| 1 | ×1.00 |
| 5 | ×1.20 |
| 10 | ×1.45 |
| 20 | ×1.95 |
| 60 | ×3.95 |
The maximum level depends on rarity, rarer Mebulis can rise higher:
| Rarity | Max level |
|---|---|
| Common | 60 |
| Uncommon | 70 |
| Rare | 80 |
| Epic | 90 |
| Legendary | 100 |
| Mythic | 100 |
The cap can be broken
A transcendence crystal opens the transcendence path of a final evolution. Every star earned there raises the maximum level by one rarity tier, up to 100.
Mebulis level up only through experience (XP). There are three XP sources:
1. Mission XP (passive)
When completing missions, each team Mebuli gains XP. Once a Mebuli collects enough XP, it automatically levels up, slowly but steadily.
XP to the next level:
XP = 50 × Level^1.9| Level → next | XP required |
|---|---|
| 1 → 2 | 50 |
| 5 → 6 | ~1,064 |
| 10 → 11 | ~3,971 |
| 20 → 21 | ~14,822 |
| 50 → 51 | ~84,530 |
The XP per mission increases with your progress; boss missions give significantly more. You can see the current progress as an XP bar in the Mebuli window.
2. XP Bottles (instant)
XP bottles give a Mebuli an instant XP boost. There are three sizes:
| Bottle | XP |
|---|---|
| Small | 800 |
| Medium | 4,000 |
| Large | 20,000 |
How to use them: in the
Inventory tap a bottle and pick the target Mebuli, or directly on the Team page or in the Mebuli Codex under the respective Mebuli (as long as you own bottles). Excess XP flows straight into progress toward the next level.
Since the XP requirement rises steeply with level, a large bottle grants a low-level Mebuli several levels at once, while for a high-level, nearly maxed Mebuli it's only a small (but noticeable) boost. Bottles cannot be used on a Mebuli that is already at max level.
You obtain bottles from quests, the login calendar, achievements, the Afterglow of the Resonance Chamber and the bazaar (8 / 30 / 120 gems).
3. Resonance Chamber (passive, no fighting)
Mebulis on the bench collect experience around the clock in the Resonance Chamber, ideal for collection Mebulis that are not currently fighting.
Equipment
In addition to level, equipment boosts combat stats: 8 slots per Mebuli, from the soul weapon to Nature. Details under Equipment.
Combat power
Combat power sums up what a Mebuli or team brings to a fight, including base stats, level, equipment and transcendence. The prestige tree does not count toward it. It is the number that shows your progress, and the value auto-equip optimises for.
On the leaderboard your highest value ever reached counts, not your current one. So rebuilding your team costs you no rank.
Transcendence
There is only one way for Mebulis to grow beyond the ceiling of their rarity: the transcendence path.
