  • Links in the chat are clickable. Wiki links appear as a button with the page name and open in a new tab.
  • The chat is a bit wider on desktop, the header wraps instead of scrolling.

Header and navigation

  • The header now shows a wiki button instead of the compass magnifier. Both can be toggled in the status bar settings. The compass stays reachable via Ctrl+F, on mobile via the More menu.

Mobile

  • Graphics, Bit and audio can now be adjusted on mobile too, in the settings screen.
  • Help hints open on tap.
  • Wide phones and foldables make better use of their screen.

Leaderboard and profile

  • The story leaderboard now counts across all campaigns: Story 1, element realms, Shadow Journey and Prisma Rift. It used to stop at chapter 8, anyone who moved on saw no further progress.
  • New "Stars" ranking: the sum of all mission stars. Both leaderboards show the furthest campaign underneath, for example "Prisma Rift 12/84".
  • The player profile shows perfect missions and stars across all campaigns, with a breakdown per campaign.

Languages

  • English and 19 other languages had been silently falling back to German since launch. That is fixed.
  • Mebuli names are now correct in every language: the empty gear slot, the mebuli descriptions, the tutorial and the welcome messages often showed the German or English name.
  • Names and descriptions of all mebulis are identical to the browser game Mebula in all 27 languages.
  • Element names in the type guide and the enemies in the Ember Caverns appear in your language instead of German.
  • The last English leftovers in 25 languages have been translated, including the XP bottle controls, the matching tutorial steps and the marketplace messages in the mailbox.

Combat

  • Revive ultimates state the real HP share of their ult level. The display always said 40 percent, the effect was higher. The upgrade dialog now shows "55 % to 60 % HP".

Empire

  • Feuerschwinge flies above its enclosure in the 3D village instead of walking.

Miscellaneous

  • Feedback with screenshots: the feedback dialog takes up to three images, attached or pasted with Ctrl+V. An image can also be placed right in the text, at the spot it refers to.
  • The auto builder shows the duration of its build session per level. The mebuli detail shows the ult power for damage ultimates, matching the combat calculation.
  • If you lack the gold for a building, the game now says so in your language.
  • Many outdated game texts in dungeon, arena, Story 2, forge and element bonds have been brought up to date.

September 11, 2026

Mebula Legends has officially launched. The beta is over, the game is now at version 1.0.

Mebulit and shop

  • Mebulit can now be topped up by all players. The top-up tab shows the amount that is actually credited, including all bonuses.
  • First purchase bonus: every Mebulit pack grants one-time extras on its first purchase, for example days of Mebula Plus, crystals, gear or a mebuli of your choice. The three selectable mebulis can be viewed in large before buying.

VIP

  • New "VIP" section under Social. Every Mebulit top-up earns VIP points, which unlock eight permanent tiers from Copper to Mebulit.
  • The tiers bring comfort and economy, no combat stats: among others more gold and mebuli XP, faster energy, longer offline time, more marketplace listings, quest slots and rerolls, bonus Mebulit on top-ups and exclusive frames. 4x speed is available from VIP 2, skipping fights from VIP 7. From VIP 3 the resonance chamber collects more XP.
  • Every tier-up comes with a gift you claim in the VIP overview. VIP 5 grants the epic mebuli Oozoog once, VIP 8 the Prisma Pantheratron.

Bitmeup

  • Bitmeup missions: daily and weekly missions in the game earn Bits in the Bitmeup portal. The portal's Bits shop offers Mebula Legends items in return, including the one-time Prisma Orbolix.
  • Bitmeup bonus: if you top up Mebulit in Mebula Legends, you get a reward in another Bitmeup game of your choice. Three tiers, menu entry "Bitmeup Bonus" under Social and a hint in the top-up tab.
  • Pioneer Path: four consecutive tiers for new players. Bitmeup pays the rewards out in Space Invasion, Damoria or Mebula. The path runs until December 31, 2026, a countdown on the page shows the remaining time.

Team and combat

  • Element bonds: matching elements in your team now grant real bonuses, up to two bonds in four levels. Plus four lineup bonuses: Rainbow (five different elements), Triad, Dual Nature and Lockstep (all five at most three levels apart). The in-game codex explains every bond and shows what you can already field. The badges appear in combat for both sides.
  • Mebuli tiles show a badge for every team the mebuli is part of.
  • The target ring stays playable with "reduce motion" enabled.
  • Transcendence crystal: the max level no longer jumps to 100 right away. Each transcendence star raises it by one rarity tier, levels already reached are kept.

Resonance chamber

  • Echo: max-level mebulis in the chamber feed a collector instead of XP. Common to rare mebulis fill XP bottles, epic ones yield Mebuli Dust, legendary and mythic ones transcendence crystals.

Inventory and prestige

  • The inventory expansion is a gem skill in the prestige tree and replaces Chest Room. Chests, dungeons and quests use the real limit, the forge displays it.
  • The preview of the new prestige multiplier was ten times too high in the late game. Fixed.
  • Fragments in the inventory are colored in their target rarity.

Story

  • Story 2: Prisma charts are available for base forms up to rare. All other charts are paid out as Mebuli Dust on first completion, the reward preview names the Prisma form.

Mailbox

  • Folders instead of tabs: Inbox, Gifts, System and Bit, Players, Sent and Support, each with a counter. On desktop, list and message sit side by side.
  • Search across sender, subject and text. Multi-select for reading and deleting, all attachments can be claimed with one click.

Miscellaneous

  • Deleted notifications in the bell stay deleted.
  • Known mebulis no longer appear as a silhouette in the detail view.

September 2, 2026

Forge and gear

  • Gear worn by one of your other teams (Team 2 or 3) no longer counts as "not equipped". Such pieces show a blue border and a "Team 2 · mebuli" chip in the grid, are hidden by the default filter and can neither be salvaged through multi-select nor listed on the marketplace. Salvaging them one at a time still works, with a warning.
  • When switching between your teams, the game now tells you if gear from that team has gone missing instead of silently leaving the slot empty.
  • The item detail shows in which team and on which mebuli a piece is assigned.

Combat

  • 45 new attack effects: projectiles and hit shapes instead of the element fist. Every mebuli has its own basic attack, 30 ultimates have their own animations.
  • Critical hits, blocks and misses have their own effects. Burning, poison, frost, shield and buff run as visible states on the mebuli.
  • In manual combat a charge ultimate could be fired several times per phase. That is fixed.
  • 3D combat: 21 new scenery props in the realms and in Story 1 and 2.

Arena

  • You can only attack opponents within your points range.
  • Your lineup is frozen when the fight starts. Changes made in the meantime apply to the next fight.
  • If you abandon a running arena fight and start a new one, the open fight is settled first. A defeat costs league points.

Story, realms and dungeons

  • The element realms grant their first seal after chapter 2 (mission 30) and the second on completion. It stays at two per realm. If you have already completed a realm, the halfway seal is credited retroactively.
  • Missions and dungeon runs can no longer be rerolled by quitting and restarting. A dungeon rerolls on the next day.

Prestige and skills

  • The combat module becomes the time module. The prestige tree no longer raises your mebulis' combat power, that comes from levels, gear, ultimates and transcendence. If you had bought the five combat skills, the gems are refunded automatically with a message.
  • Four new skills in the time module: Chest Tempo (the idle chest comes more often), Chest Room (more chest slots), Resonance Buffer (the chamber keeps collecting longer) and Resonance Yield (more chamber XP).
  • The Treasure Hunter node now shortens the wait for both chests, idle chest and daily chest.
  • The permanent prestige multiplier grows more slowly far back in the tree. Nothing changes in the early and mid game.

Team

  • The element filter in the roster has a second mode "Strong against": it shows the mebulis that have the upper hand against a chosen element.
  • Element icons in the team show on hover what the type is strong and weak against. Roster tiles name their element on hover.
  • On mobile the mebuli detail now shows XP progress.

Inventory

  • Fragments to dust: the dialog states what the conversion gives and what the way back costs, and takes two clicks. It cannot be undone.
  • The filter in the forge can be collapsed. Display and sorting stay visible, a counter shows whether filters are still active.

Empire

  • New props in the village: bridge, crystal cluster, mine carts, pavilion and stone stairs. Trees and rocks are remodeled.

Guild

  • Join requests, invitations and acceptances arrive as notifications with a link to the guild. A badge on the navigation lights up until you take a look.
  • Open invitations sit in their own box at the top. They stay open until you accept or decline.
  • Officers and leaders see in the member list who has already made the daily offering, with a daily counter.
  • Repeated invitations to the same player no longer trigger a new notice.

Chat and community

  • The history on entry goes back 24 hours instead of one hour. Questions and answers are still there later.
  • Older messages show the date on their timestamp.
  • A name change now applies everywhere at once: chat, arena, mailbox and guild show the current name, even without logging in again.

Other

  • The energy display tells you when your energy will be full again.
  • In the shop the "Mebula Plus" button led to the Mebulit page instead of the passes. Fixed.
  • The wiki has a new header image.

August 16, 2026

Start and account

  • On your very first login a short welcome explains the running beta season, what it means for your progress and that there is a special reward for it. Existing players see it once on their next login.
  • With open access you go straight into the game after signing in, the second login is gone. A pending beta request is approved automatically in that case.
  • Setting your name for the very first time no longer starts the 30 day lock. Only your next real change starts the timer. Saving the same name again no longer extends the lock either, and the remaining time is now shown in your language.

Chat and community

  • You can edit your own messages for 20 minutes, the bubble then shows "edited".
  • Emoji reactions: right click or long press opens six quick reactions, the plus opens the full board. Up to three different reactions per message.
  • On mobile there is a single chat icon again, with the total unread counter. You switch rooms through the tabs inside the chat.
  • New entry "Social > Feedback": leave a few lines with a category straight from the game.
  • Players who picked or changed their name after joining a guild still showed up under the old name in the member list, the garrison, the defender picker, the war report and the contribution list. Fixed, older cases correct themselves on the next login.

Forge and equipment

  • Equipment no longer sits in your inventory, it lives entirely in the forge. The inventory is now the box for consumables such as energy, XP flasks, gold rush and fragments, and points to the forge with a single button.
  • The forge has three separate tabs: Salvage, Refine and Level up.
  • Salvage shows everything as a tile grid with filters, multi-select, history and capacity. Worn pieces are in the grid too, with a yellow border and a wearer chip, hidden by default and safe from accidental salvaging.
  • Refine and Level up each show one card with the wearing mebuli, the step, before and after, and exactly one button.

Shop and marketplace

  • The flash offer now shows the type, the binding and the mebulis of yours the piece fits. If it fits none of them, there is a clear warning.
  • On mobile the detail sheet of an offer could not be closed, and it was open from the start instead of the offer list. Both are fixed.
  • The estimated combat power gain in the offer view has been removed.

Handling

  • Popups no longer close when you press inside the window (selecting text, dragging a slider) and release outside. This covers all popups, the chat context menu and the mobile more menu.
  • The binding game rules are available as a popup, reachable from the escape menu and from Settings under Legal.
  • Some system messages in the mailbox showed the internal key instead of the subject and text. The plain text sent along is used now.

Other

  • A short storage notice sits at the bottom of the screen. Mebula Legends sets no cookies and loads neither analytics nor ads, only the login token, language, style and UI state are stored.
  • The wiki is up to date, among other things with a corrected mebuli list and corrected achievements.
